Hello Skoda fans!  I've already found advice from here useful in choosing model (1.4 SE DSG estate) and dealer (Simpsons Preston).  I'll be back for more tips and in future probably to offer some myself.

Dealt with Rick at Simpsons and I really don't see how he could have done the job of selling a car any better. I've only driven the car an hour so far, but I'm absolutely delighted with it.  The real test of a dealer is how they deal with any issues that crop up with car after its sale, but I don't think  I'm going to have the opportunity to report back on that as I have a strong feeling there won't be any. So far, I'd say Simpsons Preston - highly recommended. I'm even thinking of taking the time to drive it back there for it's next service (in 18,000 miles)
