I got my Kuhmo semi-slicks fitted to my 16s for £15, balanced too - Didn't need valves though, so perhaps saved a bit of money there.

My local friendly tyre fitter now knows me a bit too well. I'm always down there splitting rims & tyres, or getting tyres put on rims?

Well they'r eon. Dont look quite as sexy as the Toyo's would have but over the 200yds from there to here they were noticably quieter than the mish Michelin/Dunlop combo I had before

I have had 3 sets of tyres for various cars from mytyres and could not fault them, until, they sent an extra pair of tyres that I did not order nor pay for!!! Being a genuine type of guy I emailed them to report this and got no reply!! 1 week passed and I recieved what can only be described as an aggitated phone call from a woman with a foreign accent demanding payment for said tyres!:eek:

I returned her call to explain and was told that they could only come back to collect them if I was in between 9am and 12 am the following day! I had to take half a days holiday to solve this and after all that they did not turn up:(

Another phone call later and they came that evening to collect them:rolleyes: All sorted, until I got the phone bill!:eek:

Why on earth didnt you just tell her you didnt order them, tell her the times you'll be home that week, and she has a week to collect them before you dispose of them (on ebay)? Nothing made you fone her; she cant charge you for something you didnt order.

My wife signed for them at the door so they had proof that we had them, they had my card details as they had arrived two days after the orriginal order!( Dont know that they could use them though) and they insisted on collecting them that day!

Included balancing but not alignment. They dont have laser alignment kit there so its going to somewhere else on Saturday to have that done.
