I ordered a brand new Karoq Sporline with the Alcantara seats (Suedia/leather). The test drive model had the Sportline fabric seats. I found them really good in term of maintain and design, but I prefer the premium feeling of the Alcantara.

 

Reading the sale contract, I'm now afraid that the Alcantara seats are not semi bucket seats despite the fact that the commercial told me it's nearly the same as the Kodiaq vRS.

 

Just to be sure, is there any pictures of the Alcantara seats for the 2020 Karoq Sportline ? I couldn't find any.

Where are you based? I've just built a Karoq SportLine on Skoda UK's configurator, and there doesn't appear to be an option for upgraded seats?

I'm in Switzerland.

 

I had the choice between the fabric (stock, first picture), the full leather and the Alcantara/leather seats. I asked the dealer for a picture of the last one. Not as sporty as the fabric one, but I like it.

 

 

They look to be the seats from the UK SEL spec

 

Those second ones look like the ones we are getting on our SE L.

 

Had there been an option for the proper Sportline seats to be upgraded to Alcantara in the UK , we'd probably have gone for the Sportline as we really like the seats in our Superb. As it is, the fabric Sportline seats didn't fill us with joy and coupled with the lack of the flex rear seats in the Sportline meant we went for an SE L

The seats in my 2020 Sportline with Alcantara are as in the right-hand picture.

My previous Q3 had Alcantara as standard and in my opinion were better quality than the Skoda version although latter still better then the standard upholstery.

I notice that Skoda don't actually use the name Alcantara instead referring to Leather/Suede so maybe it's a different product or the name is an Audi-copyright.
