st150 fiesta Vs furby vrs

Featured Replies

just took my car over the 3.5k revs for first time and it was close but he just shaded it

damn i need a remap

A remap will see the fiesta a fair distance away in your rear view mirror.

How many miles have you covered?

With remap it revs very nicely - I found myself overdoing it a tad hitting the red a bit today :o - normally it's great fun to plant it in 3rd/4th though :D

Once it's run in, I'd consider the PD160 air intake to get a little more revving up top

When's the CC2 coming matey, I ask you this question everytime I know ;)

Really? My standard vRS gets shat on my Zetec-S's.

Any words missing here?

I have gone heaed to head with a couple of STs and it is a bit give and take as each car works in and out of its optimum go. The ST seems to go just a fraction quicker overall. Not much in it though. A remapped Fabia ought to be a little quicker than an ST on this basis.

Mind you, seen the ultimate in show without go Fiestas round here yesterday. A TDCi with the ST stripes. Cant find the naff smiley.

There's an RS Focus I often see in the local Tescos. Nice car, apart from the POWA DRUMS on the back

CC2 will come probably May now - got some annoying deadlines to meet at work, no holiday allowed for rest of this month (beyond the bank holidays) :(

Gonna be meeting up with Stu next week to fit a few things that have been outstanding for a long time though, LT450, Talex, door sound proofing and rear mudflaps (refit on that one, they were removed to have easier access for suspension change at the time and just not refitted due to darkness/lack of time)end>

As for car x vs car y being faster, it's a bit of a lottery out there, you may find yourself against a standard car driven well vs a remapped car driven by me (for example) and in that case the standard car may quite happily win

Still fun having a blast every once in a while though

What's an LT450?

What's an LT450?

Light Transport 450 [sherpa Van], LT450.............................:D

What's an LT450?

It's a "garage door opener" ;)

Chris

I won't be fitting a Sherpa to the front of the Furby - it's quite heavy enough there thanks :P

As Chris says - it's a garage door opener, or in my case as I have no garage door, it will be used to automatically turn on a light in my hallway so I don't trip :D

There's an Impreza near where I work like that!!! All gold alloys and big round foglamps and rusty drum brakes
