Soooo.... I've acquired a Superb MK2 from a friend who's moved overseas.  

 

This Skoda is a nice car and I just want to make it mine. (So have spent a small fortune at superskoda! Even the umbrella inside the door! It'll never get used but I know it's there so my OCD is happy).

 

Only criticisms are it's pretty slow and manual gearboxed. Been driving a 240hp Datsun auto for years so I'm sure I'll get used to it. 

 

But I do think I'll get a Superb MK3 L&K 272 if prices drop to a level my Scroogeness can cope with. 

 

Have been pottering about in the dash settings and everytime I Google something unknown you peeps seem to show up with the answers. 

 

So a big thank you for sharing your knowledge and expertise.

I was wary spending £200 on an unfamiliar site. But they shipped the stuff in a couple of hours, was well wrapped, and exactly as expected. All genuine Skoda stuff. 

 

When you feel you're ready to spend there it'll be worth it. 

 

And I sound like I'm writing eBay feedback!!
