Greeting to the forum. I am recently relocated on contract work in the UK from South Africa. With the proceeds of sale of a 2002 Land Rover Discovery II and 2004 Renault Modus - we arrived in the UK last year an purchased our 2012 Octavia SE TSI 1.4.

 

I'm not too scared by getting stuck in and doing work on the vehicle on condition I have the right tools. I have already performed a  passenger side window regulator mechanism replacement (took surprisingly longer than expected)

 

I look forward to getting further insights on this vehicle type and posing a technical issue that I'm having at this time.

 

Looking forward to meet likeminded souls.
