Hi all. Can anyone name this piece of plastic that goes around the fog light and can it be removed/replaced. The paint on mine is coming off. Just wondered if it comes off to paint easier or cheap to replace.

I know of a few people who have successfully had them replaced under warranty, i'll be asking for mine to be replaced when it next goes in, there's barely any coating left on mine.

I went in months ago and they said if there was any stone chips on it they would not fix it. “Technician” came out to have a look at it and said that has been painted and they are normally chrome!!! I reassured him that I had not painted it and that’s how it came when I bought the car. He took photos and said

he will send in a report. Just chilling on my sun bed in Lanzarote at the moment. Will get back onto them when I’m home again. Thanks.

The absolute muppetry some dealers will come out with still amazes me

Wee point but important, only 'Near Side' on Right Hand Drive cars, on Left hand drive it will be an Off Side.
