I know prob been mentioned before but can’t seem to find, my memory button doesn’t seem to store seat settings, any ideas? I don’t get the song either after pressing for 10 seconds etc.

happened to me a few months ago - end result was the seat controller module was replaced under warranty.
normally they would try the software fix first.

if no still good, then they'll replace the module.

This happened to me... Have a search on here. If you move the seat to its maximum travel it may fix it ( or something I did it and it worked ) . You will hear another gong and then be able to program your mems.

So I too thought my seat memory wasn't working, not able to set the memory by holding set and pressing 1/2/3...

 

The manual is confusing. 

 

Press set. Release set. Press 1/2/3 within 10s. Bong. Done. 🙄😂

Has happened to me three times but always works again after a reset of the chairs traveldistances.

I know that I posted (and surely others to) how to reset.

From memory -

 

All the way down and all the way back.

All the way forward and all the way up, I think that when it was all the way forward I had to press the forward button again for it to travel the last few millimetres. (make sure headrest doesn't hit the ceiling)
