Phone book download help needed.

Hi Everyone,

I have a bit of a nightmare and hope that you may be able to help?

I have a 2017 Skoda Superb Exec Greenline.

I have had my phone for years and never backed it up, but used the bluetooth a lot and all my numbers are stored in the car's memory.

I have lost the phone and have a new one, but none of my numbers.

Is there any way of retrieving the  numbers from the car memory without the original phone or are they lost forever?
