Presumably your car is a 61 reg so I'll move this to the Superb 2 section.

Is that correct?

yes it is & thanks

What phone are you trying to connect? Until the Bluetooth module failed a couple of months ago, my 2011 ‘61 reg CR170 Superb Elegance connected to all the iPhones and a couple of Samsung phones I’ve had without a problem so I think SUK are providing you with utter bull****e.

hi it's a samsung galaxy s9

You might also want to add what you're trying to do as the customer service message seems to think it's only a feature of the newer MIB headunits...

I assume you're trying to connect to bluetooth to allow phone calls? If so, what have you done so far and have you seen the cars bluetooth name appear in the list when searching?
