I can't resist, I'm going. :D

 Full circuit too. Veeeeeerrrrrry tempting. :)

Will be checking my calendar. Any ideas on how many spaces are left as it seems to be a bit of a "mixing it up with others" day. :)

Can't see from the web site how many have booked already. I will ask if they ever answer the phone. :(

Ooh, tempting. My calendar is a bit full around end May/beginning June, though - I'll have to wait and see. Plus I'll have to sweet-talk Mrs KLB into letting me out for the day :o

Same day as the Blackpool meet :(

Bugger. Same day as blackpool

Would certainly attend if my car returns with its new engine. Do you think TSR have sold it without letting on?

I'll be at Rockingham that day, IASCA competition you see... ;)

Des. any idea how many places are available? Am still trying to get permission from Mrs Q to perfect my 360 degree spins, but she's being a royal pain in the lower back side...

They always say "full circuit" and it never is

Will look at coming - have to check the calendar.

This is what worries me about trackdays. I would love to take the MR2 (when I get one) on a track day, but being my only car I couldnt take the risk, no matter how small it is :(

Understandable.

I look at it in the fact I drive much safer on track then the road. You know what s around the next corner. Much more than just a single lane like on A/b Roads so more room if you understeer/oversteer. Say this. I was behind the mk2 escort at brunters last year where he got the backend out and couldnt catch it. He ended up sliding into the grass and did a roll. Wasn't really a nice view.

Watching Steve do a 360 was..................

Missed that one. But remeber him in the gravel at Traxs 04

Bear in mind that the modern car chassis is engineered to be very predictable at the limit and difficult on normal road tyres to get out of shape unless you do something silly like slam the anchors on mind bend. Instead they (particularly on a circuit) will understeer boringly off line. Brunters has plenty of run off.

Mind you Walkie, MR2 - is this a mark II which as I remember were slated at the time for being rather dodgey and unpredictable at the limit?
