Dyno'd the car again last november at the orignal place I used (gotboost) and then hit 405bhp and again the capped 380 lbft.

So I'm pretty happy now.

My Vrs245 was also capped at 380lb/ft (517nm) but only stage 2 and 336bhp at 5,250rpm and wheelspin (TC light flickering) at 77mph in 3rd gear in the wet. Gone 4WD now and hoping for 340bhp next Tuesday which should see 0-60mph in 4.4 seconds with the DQ381 7 speed DSG and launch control.

cool. people seem to be head up on peak figures. it might only be 380lbft but its 380 between 3500 and 5100 revs! Doesn't drop. I'm never going to get a good launch but it destroys cars on draggy 100-200 kph. A stock m140i is around 11.5 seconds and stage 1/2 140i is high 9s to low 10s. m2s are the same and I'm in the 8s!

Yeah mine made 294lb/ft standard at 2,600rpm then 345lb/ft at stage 1 but most impressive was it had 350lb/ft at 2,000rpm at stage 2 and standard 245 only has 100bhp at 2,000rpm whereas a stage 2 car has 42% more at 142bhp at just 2,000rpm. My 60-100mph time was 6 seconds dead in 3rd gear and flat out saw 177mph at 5,900rpm on the maxidot which was a bit nervous feeling putting it mildly. Think my Superb 272 at stage 1 will also do 60-100mph in 6 seconds despite being 250kg heavier.:D

294 standard! blimey guess thats dyno lottery for you. Hence why I went back to the orginal dyno I used. from 260lbft which stock cars should have 258.

my 60-100mph is 4.5 on draggy.

It was done at AmD (BTCC builders of 4 works cars) in Grays, Essex. Ben is the man with the magic and despite my power sapping dual GPF (WLTP regs) exhaust it made 359.6bhp and 514nm of torque on 99 octane Tesco Momentum 3 days ago and still giving me 38-40mpg on my 27 mile mainly motorway commute and boy is it quick now. Standard on their rollers it produced 283bhp and 369nm for comparison at only 6,400 miles. Ben said it may produce a bit more power as the ECU gets used to the higher boost and the engine continues to loosen up a bit more. It is utterly brilliant now at gets to 50mph in just over 3 seconds which is a right chuckle.:D

Cheers - good figures - will get mine done sometime - AmD just a bit too far from Yorkshire, but they may have agents.

if not a local company  AET Turbos    seem to offer VW range tuning

Just worried to invalidate warranty as still 18 months left on it

cheers

I've also upgraded the front tyres to mich pilot sport cup 2

DSC_0057.thumb.JPG.74829ade3f6956159840aa0dcd191bfa.JPG

during the the year I fitted eibach adjustable anti roll bars front and rear. These are from the Blue Light range. These bars are ment for police and paramedic vehicles. I maganged to get them at a good price. Only problem is they are ment for 4x4 cars.

The rear bar is low to avoid the rear diff, but it hit the exhaust so I had a custom pipe made up to work with the scorpion system.

cheers. cant stop spending on it lol.

Its back up forsale again, but as you can see,  I can't help stop fitting goodies.

Since fitting the cup 2 tyres I've managed a 4.9 0-60 mph on draggy! Thats stock golf r times :), but obviously it's not the car to do that sort of thing. I just tried it for sh!ts and giggles.

I may have missed you mentioning it earlier but what stage is it mapped to?

Late reply, but 10.5 is about the best I've managed. Need to get a proper Draggy now
