can anyone help 

 

i have mib2 unit that is dead i tried the uart fix i get menu on putty but will not go any further. nothing on mib screen either. 

 

unit has 0468 how do i recover this back to factory ?

 

i managed to see techniboot screen but stops and does nothing ?

 

can someone post the exact procedure with shorting pins and what kind of sd card is required do i need to use map sd card ?

 

i downloaded 0480 to try to restore unit.

Hi everyone! I've just bought Skoda Octavia 2017 2.0 TDI. First thing, registration on briskoda done. Next one on my list is to get infotainment to the latest version if possible. What Are the advatages and disadvantages to update from2xx to 4xx?

Voice Activation from Steering wheel is a dealer only option.  Your latest version of firmware should be 0480.

Is there a way to do a software update for my Skoda so that my activated Mirrorlink works with an iPhone?
In the update portal it says there is no software update for my car.

Hello.

I can also help you remotely with the sw update from 0245 to 0480.
It's not just an update. Your mib must be modified to accept the new 0480 sw which cannot be downloaded and updated directly. I can prepare the necessary data you need. Please write to me if you are interested.

0480 is now 2 years old and still current.
