Hello, I'd be thankful for an update package, as in the last service, they did not check and update it. I'm having smaller issues when connecting the android phone via cable. The Software-Update via Online-Server does not work, and they don't know why (even the internet connection is active).

Since I've had the car, I've had the problem that both Android and Apple keep having interruptions with the SmartLink.

Hi @pab567 would you be able to tell me if there's any updates to my software? Skoda very kindly informed me that software updates are not part of the warranty, which was news to me, so is chargeable 😅

Just out of curiosity:

I updated my system with SD card. That worked flawlessly.

Before that, I tried to use a USB Stick. But that was not recognised as an update by the system.

 

Anyone know why?
