Hello, 

My octavia 2019 doesn't automatically close the windows when I lock the car, I tried searching for the settings in the manual and in the car itself and haven't managed to figure out what setting is responsible for that.

The question is probably stupid but here I am , thanks in advance.

Have you pressed and held the lock button until the windows close? -  a short press won't do it even if the feature is enabled.

So it isn't about incorrect settings?

If the windows close when you press and hold the lock button then there is no setting change you can make.

 

This is how the window close has worked on every VAG vehicle I have owned.

There is an option in vehicle settings called "Convenience Closing" or something like that,that controls this

Bear in mind though that if it's on, you can auto open all the windows too.    By accident.  With your keys in your pocket.
