problem with cooling system

Featured Replies

Hi to all,
I'm starting to be really desperate about it for three days and I visited four services, including one authorized, and in all we eventually worked out the same answer under the head seal it probably will not but where it is wrong we do not know, so we would start a gradual exchange  parts.
And now to the fault, it happened to me that I came home and I heard strange sounds from the floorboards, as if somewhere water was flowing, I opened the hood and the level in the container was near the lid, I note that the engine did not cook.  I checked the oil cap and it is free of bruise, and the water is also clean, when the cap is opened when the engine is running, no bubbles come out of the liquid and the gases are also clean.  But from the heat exchanger to the really interesting sounds, as if I had an aquarium there 😀 see.  video.

It is a 1.6TDI, CLHA engine, with a ramp of 165tis.km.  Distribution and water pump changed before 15tis.km.

Please all who would think something to write it in the comments, thank everyone :)

Something isnt right ....... Partial blockage or bad water pump?

What an odd noise - more like a trickling water feature than a cooling system.

Sucking air somewhere maybe?  As Scout - duff water pump possibly also causing air in the system?

Is this the system that should be vacuum filled to avoid airlocks?
