Octavia knocking sound

Hey guys, new here, couple of months ago I got my octavia vrs mk2, love it but I've recently had my wheels off for new tyres, since then I've had a knocking sound that seems to be coming from the back but it only happens when I turn right ever so slightly, speed doesn't affect it or bumpy roads, only when i turn righy slightly.. cant figure it out for the life of me, any ideas appreciated
