Very much doubt it's condensation mine lasted 80k before they started leaking/misting think it's a common problem

Thanks for your reply i had a Independent Garage  take a look and they confirmed its oil The Dealership is just bidding time

Very very unlikely to be condensation. Mine started going around 50k miles so took the opportunity to upgrade to B6.

Not sure on if it's the done thing but maybe see if you can get a report from the indy to take to Skoda as a second opinion?

Could you tell me if you're  upgrade was successful please

Our Octavia failed its first MOT at nearly 21,000 miles due to a leaking front strut.

As I wasn’t at a Skoda dealer I couldn’t argue the “warranty claim”.

Had to take it on the chin and pay for new struts.

Tough ****!

MInes a year and a bit and the front struts are misting already

I was told by a Independent  Garage  engineer  that it's a common fault so whyp are Skoda  using those shocks

Because they’re like the budgie
