New Kodiaq deals/dealers

Featured Replies

I’m thinking  of changing my 1.4 TSI  to a newer model .Anyone got any knowledge of deals out there and which dealers are best?
I’ve tried a few but it’s the same old story -your cars worth nowt and a new one is top whack! You’d have thought given the COVID crisis they’d be more than happy to do a fair deal!

I’m in the Bristol /Bath are but don’t mind travelling a 100 miles or so for a good deal.

Depends on what car you want.  If it's a car in UK stock then up until the end of the month Skoda will add £1000 to the already £3250 discount on PCP. If the car is a factory order then you loose out on that £1000.  On top of all that, the first 3 months PCP payments are free however if you read the small print, that only applies to car delivered by 01st October which to be honest, is pretty tight.

All dealers will offer that. What everyone else does is get a price via a broker and see if your dealership can match or what's the best they can offer. If you use someone like CarWOW they may be able to quote dealers near to you.

If you have a trade in then my advice would be to treat it seperate from the car you're buying. If you secure a good discount on the new car you're buying then the dealer is only going to give you trade price or less.  You might as well just sell to a buyer. Try WebuyAnyCar, WeWantAnycar, EvansHalshaw and Arnold Clark who all buy cars. In my experience, I've gained a better price by treating the buying and selling of cars as two completely seperate transactions, the days of part-ex have long gone according to my wallet.

Many thanks. Good advice. I’ve used Webuyanycar before to sell a car as part of an estate so I’ll give them a try
Ive tried my local dealer who over the years my family and I have bought over 8 cars but they don’t seem interested in matching Carwow so I’ll go elsewhere.

Thanks  again.

Great deals on the Karoq Sportline just now on a lease agreements

I'd give other buyers a chance as WeBuyAnyCar have consistantly given me the lowest price -  it might be different for others tho. Golden rule is to check ( it costs nothing ) and never assume.

Customer loyalty was always a myth, it never did exist.  My preference is to buy locally and if I've received good service from someone then it's me who's keen on retaining their business, not the other way round.  Because of that, when I buy a car, I make an allowance. I'm not looking to price match the cheapest quote I've found, ( although that's be great ) but I will add something for good service and especially to support local business.  But at the end of the day I'm not a charity.

Next month 's dealers are out - seems like it's just a flat £3500 off list when using PCP, no extra £1000 incentives or free payments. That said the car I tried to secure wouldn't have qualified for either so I'm happy at the extra £250.

I'm in the Scottish Borders & went all the way to White Dove Skoda in Cardiff for the best deal. About £1.5k cheaper than anything round central belt Scotland. I dealt with Melanie Ambrose with whom I did a great deal trading in my 66 plate Forester against an 18 plate Kodiaq 150 ps Edition with pan roof with less than 3k miles at a year old. I was told it was an ex-management car. Can recommend White Dove, usual disclaimers, not connected in any way other than a very satisfied customer. Good luck hunting.

If you are looking to sell why not advertise on here as there are a few people looking for Kodiaqs or thinking about changing into one...

How much are you wanting for your car, what's the spec, mileage, age, condition ?

RRG Skoda in Rochdale have supplied our last 2 Skodas and have been good.
