Hi

I have a Skoda but my wife has a Audi TT and she has just bought a pair of Retro-Fit Flatblade wipers like the ones you get on the new Octavias etc.

Apparently they use the same clip as normal arms so can be fitted on all cars, just thought I would give you all the heads up as I tried to get Bosch ones for my car and I needed to buy a replacement arm (

Hey,

be interesting to see if they work on the Skoda,

keep us updated!

A pair of the Bosch Aero blades is £18.99 at halfrauds, so i'm thinking buying the real arms from vag or vagspares might be a good idea then using the genuine blades.

Anyone know of any problems fitting these (for a golf IV/Bora) to an octy and also what torque you would do the wiper bolts up to.

Won't be for a few more months but just curious. Ta

Arms are required as well. Not sure on current prices but the full setup was around

pretty sure Butts do a kit for the Octy as well... £50 sounds about right for the arms and blades...

Daft Question but why is this thread on here and new octy with exactly the same wording?

These aeros look slike they go onto standard arms but look different to the bosch aerotwins. You can pick the aerotwincs up with arms for about £60 from Vagparts and then the replacements blades are about £30 for a pair from skoda or £18 from halfords (Bosch branded ones)
