Hi guys any of you purchased any thing recently from SuperSkoda.com? I purchased an item last Friday but up till now still not dispatched. They are usually not this late. Emailed them also no response. Very uncharacteristic of them.

 

Holidays now in Czech Republic?

I purchased an item last week, during their 20% off sale. 

They emailed me the next day with a clarification on my shipping address, and the goods were dispatched a day after that.

Was going to say, they’re normally very busy during their 20% off sale periods, and delivery can be slow till they catch up.

It’s been a week and the item is still not dispatched but the $$$ is already charged to my credit card!

 

 Anyone knows what is the hotline? The number listed on their website doesn’t work!

I ordered something last Tuesday and it arrived on Friday.

Although I ordered over £70 worth of stuff which apparently means it gets expedited.

its very unlike SS to not return emails. It’s been a week to the date of ordering. Despite email queries on the dispatch date there is no reply at all. Shall wait awhile more then

Have you checked your junk folder ? Emails from superskoda always end up in my junk. Worth a try as I ordered £250 worth of stuff a fortnight ago and within 7 days it was here.

I purchased a Skoda Brand safety triangle from them (to Australia from Europe) went well. But OTOH online shops are only as good as their last delivery

 

That said, I like Superskoda.
