Good evening all...

 

I've recently purchased an Estate Pre-Facelift VRS 07 Reg... Paint code is 6226.

 

My question is this... are F1F and F2F2 the same as 6226 or am I going to struggle to find the correct colour?

 

The car I've purchased has the typical faded paint of its era, so im looking to do a full respray on the car, so any information would be great.

Same colour just  different codes
Might be worth trying a machine polish first to bring it back.

from what I understand with the yellow cars, the colour fades under the clear coat thus meaning a full respray

 

i may be wrong, but it’s what I am lead to believe.
