I have some action type shots too, but oh, wait, they aren't of my car cause I wasn't driving!! Guess I can't submit them then??

To remind everyone of the rules - extract of an earlier post.....

Rules this year:

You must own the pictures you submit - or they must be of your own car / a car you have previously owned.

If they are not of your own car,you must have the permission of the owner and also let me know who the real owner is! This however does not apply to 'group' meet photos as I know it would be difficult to get everyone's permission beforehand

Hope that clears it up..... sorry but it only seems fair to the car's owner to decide what if any pics of their car should be entered into the competition.

Having said that... the rules state that each person can only 'win' one month - haven't worked out yet what happens if they get other people to submit pics on their behalf

well whatever' date=' I don't care. If I remember rightly it wasn't even me that suggested that pic was entered. I take my pics for my own fun and if people want to be petty about things like this then thats up to them. Withdraw all my entries if you want.

don't take it wrong... the rules are simply there to stop people posting pics of other people's cars without their permission.

My role here is not to pass judgement on any pics, simply to give 'everyone' a place to post pics which they feel are good enough to be put in the calendar. The rules were posted in an attempt to be fair to everyone - and to try to make sure that we didn't finish up with 12 months of the same car :lol:

If the car's owner says they have not given their permission, then yes, I will remove the pics from the voting - but that's just as a courtesy to the car's owner. If they say it's ok, I'll leave em in.

Think of it as petty if you like, but that was not the intention.
