What about having a professional photographer take the photos?

We could have a mini-meet somewhere in the UK and get everything done on the same day - maybe get an interesting location arranged like an old factory unit or circuit, etc.

nice idea... but

• would be a nightmare to arrange
  
• would mean all the pics looked 'the same' (same environment)
  
• wouldn't be fair to anyone who couldn't make it to the photo shoot
  
• would put the cost up (unless there are any pro photographers on here who would volunteer lol)
  

having said that, might be worth considering for another time.... don't wanna move the goalposts on this years' calendar now we've had so many entries!

You can post low res / size ones on here, and email the full res versions to me - or if you don't want anyone to see what you've submitted, just email em to me without posting on here first - a few folk have done that already and I'll be adding in 'my' submissions without posting em on this thread

well if anyone from glasgow wants a pic done to submit give me an email and we can arrange somthing.

Agreed about moving the goalposts for those that have already expressed an interest, but would people be put off paying for a printed amatuer photo?

Maybe if those shortlisted for the calendar could go off and take some more photos to a certain standard? (ie, not on their driveway/in a carpark bay/in their garage/etc)

you need to put [ img] before and [ / img] after the URLS... without the spaces of course

I'm afraid I just copied the images into my photobucket, and then used the [ img] tags from there.... I think the reason it didn't work posting them directly was cos of the way they were linked from another forum... but what do i know lol

Theres plenty more where they came from :P Btw I had a good few pics in the last calender.

Theres some nice ones in it so it's hard to decide the best ones. I have high res versions of them all if any of them are successful.
