anyone have the inputs required to achieve the following ?

 

• locking car while engine remains running 

 

• permanently disable Start/Stop

 

• permanently disable headlight washers 

 

• memory of last-selected drive mode on start-up

 

• disable beeping when driver’s door is opened while engine is running

 

• orange front DRLs

The original total value in channel 34 appears to be just 4 which as we know defaults SS to ON at each start.
Altering the total value by these amounts will make these changes....
Subtract 4 = default is OFF at each start.
Add 32 = default is last used setting.
Add 64 = reverses
lights on the switch
Note with all choices the On/Off switch still functions.

SS disable - do not remember if I used he very same method or the voltage method.

And I have question about Speed Limit\ACC. Is it possible to set Limit (GRA) as default instead of ACC?

I am afraid the 2021 model is pretty much locked for VCDS.

But you can try and let us know.

When did people find that switchable start stop setting! Bloody awesome, will be doing that to mine today.

I found it some times ago from some VW forum. 

But I do not remember if I tested it so not sure if it works.

Not possible.

 

The first one isn't valid for MQB vehicles as there is no 'channel 34' :(

 

The second one isn't possible by VCDS but looks to be possible by dataset modification

You should have a look around MQB-FPA, the section you're most interested in is profile position it returns to after restart.

 

The only tweak I've made to my dataset is that the 'vRS mode' button only lights up in 'sport' rather than in every mode apart from 'normal'.

 

Be warned, there are very real risks involved when modifying datasets so make sure you fully understand what you're doing...
