Do all bi-xenon's dance?

Yep my16 plate dips, points each lamp to opposing corners in a fast dance, then the same again but slower motion and then back up to normal level

Mine do as per this vid (move down, up a tiny bit, move out to sides and back in, again the same but quicker, then move back up again):
