Mk1 fabis vrs brake upgrade

Featured Replies

We currently on rebuilding my fabia mk1 vrs and looking for info on upgrading the brakes as we will be running about 320bhp I've been looking at porche boxster brakes I know we have to put a conversion kit to allow the fabia to take these brakes.

However I've also been looking at seat leon cupra R 4 pot brakes would these also need a fitting kit?and if so where could I find it?

Any help welcome

Thank you all.

Would you consider doing 312mm brakes from a mk1 octavia vRS?. Apparently they're a straight swap with 288mm brakes (i.e vRS brakes) Would be cheaper than porsche brakes I suspect.

Only problem I'd still single piston where porche and Leon supra r have 4 pot which has more stopping power

I think theres a fabia with porsche brakes in the project section? I want to say its Lofty's yello fabia that has them.

I wouldn't like to go too big, without looking at the master cylinder. I don't know if a bigger one is available to swap in on the mk1 Fabia.
