I must be doing something wrong, everything seems to be asking for a flat rate so I assume it is a paid for service just to see service history.

Odd, when I login i just hit this and the drop down appears for Digital Service Schedule and it asks for a VIN and then takes my to my service records by clicking OPEN DSS button. .

Yes no options for that. I can get those from the left pane menu but have to pay. I'll give it a go and see what happens.

Are your niggles on your 2015 Octavia age or mileage related. I have a 2016 1.6 TDi with only 49k.

Mileage related I reckon. Suspension starting to get tired and engine has some weird noises. Still pulls like a train and has never let me down though.

So completely unable to get to anything via Erwin related to servicing, I did manage to pull a vehicle data PDF and spotted something in the spec, it appears it doesnt have online records for this, it also has nothing on the My Skoda app. So it looks like the bits of receipts I have is the service history, not impressed to be quite honest. Real leaps forward and progress over how it used to be done.

Any Skoda dealer can access the online service history and print it for you - some say they can't but they are either incompetent or lying.

I'm guessing there is something, I'm more just aggravated at how obtuse they have made what is essentially a very basic process. A bit like sticking a silica bag in the coolant header tank, sounds fine on paper (I work in maint eng), but in practice causes additional issues not accounted for that exceed the problems you attempted to compensate for.

First maint job completed, I can open the old one up before I dispose of it if people are curious, it appears there is something in there.

I must get around to that too - got a replacement header tank a few months ago.

It was very straight forward, a pair of pliers and something to remove and then store the fluid plus 10 minutes is all you need.
