If you have radar how many front parking sensors are there?  I found one at the side of the car but the first front one appears to be a dummy.

I don’t think having (radar) , front assist influences how many front parking sensors you have. Having park assist means you get 6 sensors 4 on the front and one either side at the front of the wheel arch.

Yep. what he said.  Front assist uses the radar.

Sounds like you’re confusing the systems 

 

you have front assist which will be your active cruise control

park assist will have 12 parking sensors, 4 rear, 4 front, 2 each side

or standard parking sensors with 4 rear, 4 front 

Yes. I got round to testing the other sensors and they all worked. I had a bad sensor
