block 120 measure's torque output and gives you the rpm at which it made that torque so with a simple spread sheet you can work out and create a power curve

IIRC it uses a sensor that is used for the EDL/ASR/ESP

I've not tried to find the topspeed but hit around 170 without even realising or trying on a relatively short stretch of road. It felt very stable hence me not realising the actual speed.
