I'm looking for a supplier of 256mm vented discs for the rear of an Octavia to match the cross-drilled ones supplied by GolfTurbo as part of his 312mm front upgrade kit.

Try, http://www.speedways.co.uk/ they do vented or grooved as requested. Think it comes to £124 a pair though instead of £46 for standard.

No, they are 4 x 100.

Not sure mate - Mk5 Polo is 4-stud though, so may pose a problem?
