Throttle pedal issue ?

Hi Guys :)

 

i have a strange issue 

sometimes when for example i stopped at red light noticed the rev is stuck arround 1100-1200rpm but if i pull the pedal up with my feet rev jump back to850 , also sometimes noticed car isnt pull smooth but if i pull back the pedal again pulls again normal for a while

what the actual f**k ? PEDAL or  position sensor or or ....   what ?

car is.  1.9. BLT 

Throttle pedal position sensor. That's the same issue mine had.

You do. It's one whole unit, as seen below with an image from the world wide web outside of here. Mine came from a car that was being broken for spares. I can't remember if the part number is different for the BLT, so others may be able to advise.
