0478 or 0480?

I have 0480 now but since that is on my system I have errorcodes that were not there before. One code has something to do with the media system. One code with problem central locking system and front right turnsignal does no longer work. Bulb is OK, just no more voltage on the cable and an error on the main screen. I now that this should not affect other systems in the car but it all started a few days after the upgrade.

It can be all coincidence but to make sure I would like to roll back to 0478 to check.

Surely if the infotainment upgrade was the cause (which I'm 99.9999999999999% certain it isn't) the problems would have happened straight away?

It would help if you post the detail of the codes rather than just vague descriptions.

BTW when you do a firmware change on the infotainment unless you reset the SVM code (which @pab567explains) you WILL get a fault code, but it doesn't affect operation.

I have no adaptive cruise control.

I have no problem with central locking or anything else.

The only thing is the broken bulb warning that pops up now and then. It is not broken but gets no voltage.

Before I start searching for broken wires in a fairly new car of go the the dealership, I want to make 100% sure it has nothing to do with the firmware.

Errors are than SVM are 100% NOT casused by firmware upgrade.

Infotainment firmware does not have any effect on bulb failure monitoring, that's done by the BCM - so changing infotainment firmware will not cause bulb failure errors, it's no more than an unfortunate coincidence.

Is there some new features in version 480 vs 478?

Went to dealer en module was broken. Replaced module and send me home. Now remotes don't work. Go again for reprogramming remotes. Every hour is counted so bill will be high enough. But as stated, nothing to do with upgrade.
