First is to determine what Software Train is currently installed, hold down Menu/Setup button and look around in the menu's.

 

This also has the correct location for a firmware update.

Yes, this is correct screen, that is also firmware update button you need.

Can you send a picture of your Software Train information beforehand, then I will be happy to send.

 

The location also has firmware update button, so good practice to find it.

As mentioned, they don't add features.

 

If you are getting messages about activation, then it's a cost factor to turn on.
