No parts in erWin.

 

Hopefully you have a PDF printer available for all of the TPI documents.

 

If you haven't got this already, try and get a list of your PR codes downloaded, that can match the correct parts for your car.

Took a 20 minute drive down the road today with some live data logging.  Coolant temperature at the radiator outlet was rising from the get-go.  Engine Oil temp maxed out at 84.  Coolant temp maxed out at 73. 

 

I would say that the Stat is open all the time?????

Thanks for your reply.  Sorry to be a numpty but what are TPI documents and what are and where would I locate PR codes?

If you have erWin access, you can view a list of PR codes for your car, this will show you what it left the factory with.

 

And is very valuable in saying exactly which part to order if there's a choice of 3-4!

 

 

TPI documents are technical product information sheets about faults/issues with the vehicle, and the fix needed, very valuable information.

 

If you're at a PC I could assist you in finding the above (remotely) and then you can "fill" your boots with tech info.

Nope, just the TPI's are not PDF.

 

So will show how to download as PDF, then he can fill his boots.

Have purchased a days access to ERWIN.  Do you know if there is a parts listing anywhere on the system?  looking to download as much as possible.

Despite my recommendation never actually used ERWIN so not sure, sorry, but it's possible it does as I assume dealers use it or a similar related system to look up parts for specific cars.  Others have suggested it's possible to download everything in just 1 hour access so a day should give plenty of time to make sure you get every possible document.
