It looks like your car is a mk2 pre-facelift Octavia VRS, in which case you're looking for item 3 on HERE, but do check on the colour you need,

    What Mike said, just remember to order "Right" as this is as seen in direction of travel.

    So ....666A (right) not 665A (left)
