Skoda manufacturing

I know Skoda have been engineering various products over the years, but a few weeks ago I came across this item.

I was working in Manchester changing some parts on a machine and found that the German manufacturer of the parts had sent me a hub for a gearbox shaft that did not fit. Fortunately my customer had a lathe in the workshop that I could bore out the hub to suit the shaft. Thar revolving centre in the tailstock was made by Skoda, which got me thinking as to what other items are produced by the company 🤔

Hi Moley, I do know they once produced a useful line of armoured fighting vehicles for a certain Austrian Corporal a while back.

Trams and trains are three off the top of my head though IIRC it's a separate entity to the Skoda Auto company owned by VAG.
