Hi people,was just wondering if anyone was up for going to this show on the 2nd of septemberhttp://www.edition38.com/

its a two day event but as its the same weekend as Trax but you can do like i did last year and go to Edition 38 on the saturday,stay over in Northampton (if your not a local) and then go to Trax on the sunday to make a weekend of it:thumbup:

there was a couple of other skodas there last year vrs si and joel b i beleive(sorry if i'm wrong) and if we can get a few together we could have a Briskoda stand as last year we tagged along with the seat lads

Why on earth do they put this event on to coincide directly with TRAX!!!!!, would love to pop along but cannot justify the entire weekend away from the family. :thumbdwn:

I was on the UK-MKIV's.net stand last year with my Bora but I would love to be involved on a Briskoda.net stand if there is one at Edition38?

I seem to remember from last year that we just need to register interest on the Edition38 forums and then turn up.

There wasn't a specific stand spot last year, they just tried to group all like cars together.

i.e. Golf's had one side of the field, polos another etc.

Just checked on their forum.

We just need to let them know how many cars to expect each day.

So lets start a list and i'm happy to let them know:

I've already put in a request for the saturday of 5 spaces on the Edition38 forum as there hasn't been much interest, but if you feel we need more i can edit my request and up the amount,don't think they are too strict as last year you just turned up and they told you where to park,no passes where required

There has been a briskoda stand at trax the last couple of years and its organised by dave u,just keep an eye on the forums and he will no doubt start a thread as soon as bookings are been taken,it will be a top weekend:thumbup:

No news as yet,i put in the request for spaces for a briskoda stand on the Edition38 site along with every other clubs requests but nothing has been said yet,still early days though,they may reply closer to the date or they may just allocate some space for all that request it,i'll let you know if and when i hear anything:thumbup:

No news,but from what i've read on Edition38 it seems that you just turn up about 8am on the day of the show and pay on the gate then you are just allocated an area for your group of cars on a first come first served basis,last year me and a couple of briskoda members tagged along with seat enthusiast boys and girls so if no instructions of what to do are posted up on Edition38 then we'll just have to meet at the show about 8am and sort it out from there:D

There must be more people interested in this show, surely?!?!

Looks like I will be up in the Midlands this entire weekend. Sorry to say this means the RTTS trip will have to be missed, but it means I come Edition 38 on the same weekend as TRAX. Consider me ADDED!
