Finally had to change the water pump

And thermoreg 

So obviously all new coolant 

but now even though the car is hot say 30 mins driving I have cold air blowing on my feet but hot blowing on the screen and out of the vents 

however it’s warm on left vent and cold on right 

This 235 vrs is doing my head in 

any advice ???? 
all buttons for vents ie defrost or face or to your feet works , air con works every thing works 

Its just this warm air but still cold on your feet is baffling me 

You'll have air in the heater core it needs bleeding correctly (I don't know how this is accomplished)

Does anybody know how to bleed the heater core on here 

it’s a 2018 vrs petrol 245

Hi, thanks for that it did as in the video 

so I will see in the morning if it’s still cold when I get to work on my feet .
