Mlada Boleslav looks only an hours drive from Prague, but I expect it's a bit longer than that. Have a 2MB jpeg map, which is quite large scale and has road names on it.

You will enjoy it the last bit of German Autobahn after Nurnburg to CZ is the best bit great twisty unlimited motorway with great scenery thats relativley quiet so both lanes can be utilised - better than any track day in my opinion

It is just over an hours drive however the speed limit on most of the transit route around Prague is 80km the traffic is heavy and slow.

It took me 1 hour and 20 mins to get from Prague centre to the factory. It was fairly busy.

I noticed on a routemap last night that we basically get on the E50 and follow it all the way to Prague. Excellent to see a nice easy way to get there and back.

If it came down to it, could my two mates who I'm dragging along stay in the same complex? Any idea how close to "everything" in Prague the apartment is? I can get definite confirmation from the pair of them if we're looking like having plenty of spare capacity.

I really want to go on this trip but i don't fancy doing all the driving, so i am looking for a co-driver to share the driving. I live in Cheshire so if anybody is interested please PM me.

I have a spare seat if anyone can meet me in Kent or on route.

You will need a set of ear plugs though .......and that's not just for the exhaust.

I told my mate last night about the spaces in the apartment. He was up for using them too, but couldn't confirm until he'd spoken to the bloke we're taking along to bring him back a wife. Will ring you once I know.
