Hi all

2011 vrs petrol tfsi has the rattle when you let off the throttle.

Put it down to the turbo actuator rod rattling.

Fitted the clip modifications off ebay and seemed OK for a while...rattle now back 

Can you replace just that arm and bushing?

Will it just rattle or will it eventually fall off with disastrous consequences?

Is the main play at the wastegate or the actuator, there is another kit you can try. 05e198701a. Can try changing the actuator also this may help. Also use some ceramic grease around the ends where the rod slides over. You could change the bushings but would be a lot of work removing turbo and pressing new parts in.
