Anyone know how to repair / replace this? 

 

Found it in the rear seat well this morning. Presumably a rear seat passenger knocked it?

Doesn't it just slip onto the middle vane?

Nope. Seems to clip together either side of the vent. Need to get it out of its housing somehow.
