Hello,

 

I am unable to create a main user; it always says "Please wait...". It also doesn't ask for the keys. Do I need an update? I have already reset the factory settings, but that didn’t help.

Do you have any idea what could be the issue?

Could someone please send me the latest OCU file so I can update it?

I had to get my dealer to verify I was the owner of the vehicle and in some way approve my Škoda ID to become the man user. I guess it's to do with the privacy laws because as the main user can track the vehicle through the app. Perhaps the same applies in your location.

1969 is the current version. And I doubt that the reason for not being able to login is in the SW version. Please check with official Škoda dealer if you are verified as an owner of the car.
