This can often be the case.  Either the new sensor might not be fully appropriate and/or a lot of new stuff is poorly made and it is chance how well it works, or at all.  Sometimes (not always) you can be better sticking with an original part than replacing with a new part, even regardless of the manufacturer or manufacturer's label on the box.  As a general rule for me always Japanese over Chinese or German for these sort of things (and generally).

Yap thats true !

I also prefer the Japanese... nowadays there are only low-quality parts in some things. I always try to buy good brands.

  • Equally to the point, they should all be within 10% of each other and 2 and 4 are both outside this.

@Joob Let's hope that this was your final problem and the engine will start and work properly, then it's time for the champagne.

It's been up and running for 2 days now... This machine 👌
I'm just going to fine-tune the throttle, which seems to be slightly over-boosted.

Be carefull do not push hard the O metal plate, you can clean the throttle and replace the gasket.

Take care the plug-pins, don't put too much grease on the wire, put a plastic care product to the elastic base of the plastic cover that goes in the top of the throttle, tight properly the hose that brings air from the air-filter box.

Yap great ! 👌

An excellent video, and from the days of learning from experience and admitting to mistakes, where did those days go, with the qualification and title often. 😆

Personally I would not use brake/parts (or carb) cleaner but specialist throttle body cleaner but each to their own, just one example and I too would remove the throttle body for better first time cleaning take all appropriate precautions - Liqui Moly Pro-Line Throttle Valve Cleaner - https://www.liqui-moly.com/en/gb/pro-line-throttle-valve-cleaner-p000072.html#5111
