Digital Service Record and Extended Scope Service

Please can anyone that has had an oil & inspection service WITH the Extended Scope option, advise if the Extended Scope is shown after the oil & inspection wording on their Digital Service Record. We just had that service on our Karoq and whilst the invoice quoted Extended Scope, the DSR showed just 'oil & inspection service'.

How much was the Oil & Inspection Service & how much was the Extended Scope?

I have the words "Additional Inspection Scope" against the section Additional Work Carried Out. I kicked up a fuss a year ago in August - I think I put a bit on the forum about dealers just not doing the work. In 2022 I have the words "additional Inspection Scope" again in the Additional work carried out section. So I am guessing it should maybe there for you?

Hi again Hoping for some more good advice! Cam belt is at 40K ,5 years approx. I know there is a lot of controversy around timings of cam belt changes,and it seems the precautionary principle is the main view.Expensive principle but fair enough.I was having the belt changed because I could occasionally here a low rumble at tick over. Thinking tensioner pulley or something potentially very nasty. However,the rumble disappears when the clutch is pressed,and on my VW T4 I was told a new dual mass

Hi , hope someone can shed some light on a this . On an 2021 Octavia fault says. The regeneration frequency of Diesel Particulate Filter is not ok , says the fault is permanent . Car is due to go for software update , would this have something to do with it. Thanks

Hi everyone, I’m a relatively new member here but I’ve been maintaining my 2004 Skoda Octavia Mk2 (1.9 TDI PD) as a "time capsule" with only 21,000 miles. It’s my only car, used for social/domestic/pleasure, and I’m looking for some advice on insuring it as an enthusiast/modern classic. The car has been professionally rust-proofed/Dynaxed by BAS Cherished Cars and has an OEM cruise control retrofit. Hello! I am looking for a direct SD card patch (FEC ALL / CID OFF) to unlock Smartlink and Carplay on my Skoda Bolero unit.
