Hi guys first post so let me know if I’m posting in the wrong place or anything please.

 

I recently retrofitted a reversing camera to my 2016 Octavia and in doing so I seen on my MIB box that it apparently has navigation and is a 2 ? Does this mean I would be able to upgrade the screen to a larger size and possible activate navigation on the MIB unit ? I have attached photos if anyone could point me in the right direction that would be amazing 

 

I do have access to VCDS (original cable) and am happy to pay if someone can teamview in and do it :)
