Can anyone help? I am unable to turn on the ambient lighting. I note in videos and the manual at the top left of the screen are options for off, manual and automatic. I only have off... It's driving me crazy... I have a 2018 Skoda Superb 

What's happens when you press the off button? There should be Automatic or Manual.

Nothing happens other than it says that is is switched off 

Maybe the intensity is set to 0 even though the ambient lights are ON?!

So when you press OFF , nothing happens?

No, apart from it says that it's switched off... Weirdly the lights are on slightly now .... But it still says they're off.

Did you try rebooting the headunit?

The internal lights are arriving when I switch them on manually or when I open the door....

So, it works now?

Sort of..... But it still says it's off... I think I'll just live with it... Haha
