Hello.. My car is Octavia 2 2006 i need to adjust the blinking times of the turning signal from 3 times to 5 times but I can't find this option with VCDS in central electric  adaptation even though the comfort turn signal is on in coding, Also i can't access  security access code 31347
So can I change number of times that it can blink by VCDS or it have hardware blinker module.

If you don't have VCDS then you can use Carista. I used this to change mine from 3 blinks to 5.
