Roadrage Incident

Featured Replies

Jeez, you wanna try overtaking Beemers, Audis etc in a Smart car ... THAT really causes road rage.

... and before you lot "extract the urine" it was Digitec tuned (100hp/140Nm) and the speed limiter was removed.

Couldn't you afford the bike engined one? ;)

Now they really are fun :)

Exellent car, however far too often driven by w*nkers

Yes, thats the sad truth and thats also why I don't want one. Also someone I knows getting one and he's a bit of an idiot. The kind of person who dissagrees with people just because he wants an argument. He made a female friend of mine cry once that way and shes a very sweet girl.

Or the V6 version they made with two engines in :D
Message to all you beemer drivers:

Go home and cry (oh and get a car worth having)

Grow up.

BMWs or Fabias? ;)

I think all cars suffer from this to some extent if I'm honest, it's just that as far as cars which are desirable to the image concious person on a budget, BMW are seen as the thing to aspire to. With the lower powered ones, it's usually someone making a statement like "look at me, I am successful, out of my way peasant"

A smart car pulled up behind me waiting for me to speed off and leave him. However what I realised is that he must have a very good reason to be tailgating when the other lane was clear. When I didn't raise to it the Smart car driver speed off in a huff. He prolly also saw me pointing and laughing at him as he drove off.

smart cars are far from the fastest cars in the world, and it's fairly precarious to pull out to overtake only to find the person you are overtaking has sped up and there isn't enough power to complete to manouevre.

So I'm not really sure why you'd point and laugh at someone for forcing them to overtake? Seems a bit immature.

Oh, and what you'd call tailgating is probably a safe enough stopping distance in a smart...they don't weigh a whole lot and can stop very quickly if required to do so.

Rob.

John Bull used to do a nice printing set, if you have difficulty finding the capital letters on a keyboard.

Though you might need a dictionary for the spelling if you can't work a spell checker.

I would have a BMW over a Fabia anyday.

As I read the initial post, I see both drivers as bad as each other.

Sorry didnt realise we needed to post with the spelling checked. Man!!! What is with you all on here. Boys with their toys! One little comment from a girl and you all start crying! For god sake why did i even bother joining the forum.

Nope, not touched a nerve at all, although it would seem I have by the deterioration in your spelling (go on, tell me you are dyslexic  ) and the vehemence of your reply :D

What I should have written was; what sort of person would prefer to have a lukewarm, FWD diesel hatchback in preference to a more powerful, better balanced, better handling RWD car.

Have you fitted Lexus lights to your pride and joy?

Probably because you own a Skoda?

Crying? About what?

No why would I have Lexus lights for? Dont need to make my car look like something else!

Just clear something for me then....your the second one to comment on it but are we meant to make sure that all our words are correctly spelt or something?

You're

Sorry... :P

Ah, I see the old BMW tarring brush is out yet again......

I'm sure the BMW driver that has a nice M6 will think of you when he shoots off towards the horizon :o

Saying that, I got overtaken by a Fabia last month while on the M60/M61 (not sure which one being female  ) while driving a 650ise  and I wasn't doing 70 either ;) I let him have his bit of fun ;):D

But fancy being overtaken by a female in a BMW.........

No, just understandable for other users.

Oh the shame....:P :o

Actually - there is something quite attractive about women in high powered cars.

Why else would Vicky Butler-Henderson be one of my fantasies? Its certainly not for her wit or canny one liners...

Honestly - its nothing personal. Just when you saying such sweeping statements as you have on this thread you are bound to get a ribbing...

BMW's are qality cars, no doubt. So saying they aren't is just a little immature/naive IMO...

Take the comments and be done with it... I'm sure someone else will be along soon to make a classic blooper...

Speaking of which - where MIL?

Care for some choccie Tinks? Oh no, all I've got is Yorkie :(
