Hi hello ı have a old skoda forman lx 1993 i have been driving it for about 3 mounth,

but when i was trying to park yesterday i stopped the car put it to reverse and slowly let the clutch go and car jumped forward touching the wall in front ı tried to change gears gear stick is moving but i cant even take it to natural its stuck in ı guess is the 2nd gear as ı said gearstick is moving but cant change gears ı cant tow the car as well beacause it wont go into natural and ı checked clutch is working as well as the gear linkege

Sorry your post seems to have been missed. I would guess at the gear linkage possibly being at fault but others would know better. Hopefully my post will help highlight your thread now.

Perhaps you have it sorted now in which case if you wanted to you for future viewers you could post what it was and how it was sorted. Cheers.

thanks yeah ı sorted out the problem ı still dont know the cause but the problem was caused by a broken gear fork as ı said ı dont know the cause but ı will post some pictures here as soon as ı can

Yeah didn't want to suggest as a first reply a gearbox fault in case it's a sign of something depressingly serious better to work up to such a suggestion to a new member by getting more info and others would know much more about the possibilities than I.
